What’s new?!
Our free intro to kettlebells class is back, and now includes three additional regular kettlebell group classes! This adult strength and conditioning class provides everything you need to get up and running at our regular 3x per week group kettlebell class. If you are looking for a way to get stronger for daily life, more powerful for your sport of choice, or just all around better prepared for everyday life, this is the class for you! Intro class is held at 8:30am on the last Saturday of every month.
